Philips bundles Apple TV features with new LED televisions

Targeting festive season sales, consumer electronic major Philips has brought into market televisions that come bundled with Apple TV features. The new range would be a unison of features, innovations of the two brands - Philips and Apple, PE Electronics, which markets the products of Philips (television sets) and Electrolux (home appliances), said in a statement.
According to the company, a viewer would have an enhanced viewing experience with LED television loaded with Apple TV's smart features and could access surround sound, HD picture, live news, sports, radio and live streaming through YouTube. Priced Rs 29,990 onwards, the new range would have Apple's iTunes in addition to Airplay and Screen Mirroring that would render iPhone, iPad screen on Philips LED TV and would be available for sale in select electronic stores and e-commerce portals and would be for limited period.
